I’m Jen and I am a Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist and Wellbeing Coach.  I have over 17 years of experience working as a Physiotherapist in the NHS and private settings, which has given me a breadth of experience treating a wide range of patients and conditions.

I believe our bodies and minds were made for movement.  I enjoy supporting people to overcome pain and move in a way that enables them to fully participate in their lives in the way they want.

My approach is to provide evidence-based treatment that is rehabilitation and exercise focussed. I also provide hands-on treatment such as massage and mobilisation, that can be a tool to help you manage your pain.
