Terms and Conditions

Pilates with Jen - Physio-Led Pilates Class Booking Terms and Conditions

Thank you for booking your Physio-Led Pilates classes with me.

Class Booking Terms and Conditions

I require payment at the time of booking to confirm your place in a class.

Classes cost £11 if you pay as you go, or £10 if you book a block.

If you wish to book a block (per half term, calculated based on the number of weeks in the Solihull half term), please specify in the comments at the time of booking and paying for your first session.   I will then calculate the remaining payment and send you a payment link for the remainder of your sessions.  I require full payment for the block to confirm your booking for the whole half term.

If you are unable to make a session, please let me know at least 48 hours in advance.

Refunds cannot be given for cancellation of sessions.

If you have booked a block and are unable to make a session, I am able to carry one session over to the following half term to either be taken off another block or used for a one off ‘pay as you go’ session.

If I have to cancel a session, full refunds will be given.

Class participation Terms and Conditions

It is a requirement for my classes that you are able to safely get on and off the floor.

I ask that you bring your own mat, towel for a head cushion and water.

It is important that you attend the class on time so that you can fully participate in the warm up to ensure your safe participation in the rest of the class.

By signing the consent form and health assessment for your booking, you are agreeing to the following:

  • You will let me know if you have any injuries or changes to your health that may affect your ability to safely participate in the class.

  • You will work at a level that is comfortable for you and you will stop exercising if you feel any pain or discomfort.

  • You understand that some muscle aching and soreness after exercising is completely normal.

  • You are aware that Physio-led Pilates involves monitoring of technique and correction through cues and sometimes touch and you are happy for me to correct your technique with appropriate hands-on assistance as required.

Please note I am unable to give Physiotherapy advice before during or after a class and without an assessment.  If you require more comprehensive Physiotherapy advice, please book a 1:1 assessment and I would be more than happy to provide assessment and treatment in a confidential 1:1 environment.
